By booking services with freesoul wellness LLC, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

100% accuracy is simply not realistic and, therefore not guaranteed. Accuracy rates are sometimes described in the testimonials of Michelle’s clients...

Due to the differing opinions on psychic ability, any and all information, communications, and/or consultations with Michelle are to be considered for educational, spiritual, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only.

No consultation with Michelle is intended to, nor would it ever, take the place of the services of a medical, legal, financial, business, and/or mental health professional. Michelle will always encourage and also may refer one to seek advice from a qualified expert for formal guidance on such and related matters.

Neither Michelle nor freesoul wellness LLC accept any liability and/or responsibility for any action(s) and/or decision(s) any client may choose to take or make stemming from their consultation with and/or Michelle via freesoul wellness LLC.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Michelle, freesoul wellness LLC, their heirs, relatives, successors, agents, employees, and assignees in perpetuity against any and all claims and actions arising out of your consultation with Michelle and/or via freesoul wellness LLC, including, without limitation, expenses, judgments, fines, settlements and other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss, or damage arising or resulting from said consultation.

Consultations are for personal use only. You shall not publish, display, share, distribute and/or publicly archive any material, photo, content, etc., offered to you during your consultation without express written permission from Michelle or an agent of freesoul wellness LLC.

You may share public content found within www.freesoul7.com on appropriate social media outlets (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram) as long as appropriate attribution is given. For permission to use said content on other venues, please contact michellegrindle@freesoul7.com

Please note: instances of hate mail, harassment, fraud, or interference, including those misdirected (religious) individuals whose intent is to interfere with Michelle Grindle’s business operations, will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities..

Appointment, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

1. Rates for services are subject to change without notice.

2. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, all sessions are scheduled and paid for online a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

3. Unless otherwise agreed to, all mediumship sessions will take place online (e.g. Zoom).  If you wish to have an in-person reading with Michelle, you must contact us prior to scheduling your reading so that we can discuss applicable travel fees.

4. Clients will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of payment.

5. An appointment may be rescheduled without charge by either party with a minimum 24 hours notice.

6. A confirmed appointment may be canceled with a full refund, less a $25 administration fee*, with a minimum 36-hour notice.

7. Any mediumship or reiki treatment session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

8. Personal training cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit their session. The session will not be rescheduled.

9. Any appointment canceled with less than 3 hours' notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee*.

10. Any rescheduling and/or cancellation may be made through the email and calendar notification(s) you receive or by phone. Texting, in this instance, is discouraged unless used 'as notice' of pending calls.

11. While Michelle's intention is to be supportive and encourages her clients to take personal responsibility. Therefore, aggressive, threatening, confrontational, or other unduly disruptive behavior during a service will, at the sole discretion of Michelle or her designate(s), result in the immediate termination of that service.

12. If unforeseen circumstances ever require Michelle to cancel an appointment with short notice, such cancellation will be fully refunded.
