Service Description
Work with a certified trainer to help you reach your fitness goals. You will receive a personalized workout plan and live exercise instruction from the comfort of your own home. Each plan is expertly designed with you in mind so you can stay accountable, work around your schedule, and hit your fitness goals.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment, Payment, and Cancellation Policy 1. Rates for services are subject to change without notice. 2. Unless otherwise agreed to by both parties, all sessions are scheduled and paid for online a minimum of 48 hours in advance. 3. Unless otherwise agreed to, all mediumship sessions will take place online (e.g. Zoom). If you wish to have an in-person reading with Michelle, you must contact us prior to scheduling your reading so that we can discuss applicable travel fees. 4. Clients will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of payment. 5. An appointment may be rescheduled without charge by either party with a minimum 24 hours notice. 6. A confirmed appointment may be canceled with a full refund, less a $25 administration fee*, with a minimum 36-hour notice. 7. Any mediumship or reiki treatment session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 8. Personal training cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit their session. The session will not be rescheduled. 9. Any appointment canceled with less than 3 hours' notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee*. 10. Any rescheduling and/or cancellation may be made through the email and calendar notification(s) you receive or by phone. Texting, in this instance, is discouraged unless used 'as notice' of pending calls. 11. While Michelle's intention is to be supportive and encourages her clients to take personal responsibility. Therefore, aggressive, threatening, confrontational, or other unduly disruptive behavior during a service will, at the sole discretion of Michelle or her designate(s), result in the immediate termination of that service. 12. If unforeseen circumstances ever require Michelle to cancel an appointment with short notice, such cancellation will be fully refunded.
